In the world of business and corporate life, career demands can cause employees and their families to change schedules, roles, responsibilities, even residences. When that happens Begin Again Life Coaching uses innovative tools to clarify the stress, help you determine what you want, and uncover what may be blocking you from getting there. With a plan for a peaceful and fulfilling family life, you can become more intentional and effective in your work life as well.
Have you noticed that there is often conflict before people are motivated to make a change? If you are feeling unsettled about some aspect of your family life, whether it's parenting, a relationship with a spouse or other adult, or just a general feeling of dissatisfaction, you might be ready to focus and improve your family. Conflict, while we don't enjoy it, can be just the catalyst we need to make life better.
As your family coach, I will listen deeply to you, and create a space for you to listen to your own wisdom. You will learn powerful new strategies to celebrate your strengths, and make those strengths work for your future. At the end of each coaching session you will have a plan to do something better for your family life, and as your coach, I will hold you accountable each step of the way.
The people who hire a life coach have glimpsed their purpose and are eager to lead a purposeful life. It may not be clear where to begin, or how to proceed but they know they were created to be something good, do something worthwhile, and they want to live up to that.
Life coaching is an opportunity for a healthy person to become fully aware of what can be improved in life. It is not therapy. A coach works with people who want to go beyond "just OK" to a full life lived with clear vision, fulfillment, and happiness. These are people who want to make a difference to the world in which they live.
Both men and women have found life coaching to be helpful in determining and achieving personal goals. Coaches tend to specialize in niches such as career, health, finances, and more. I have chosen to focus my work on family changes. It's important, challenging, and rewarding!
